The event was webinar planned to conduct simultaneously at different auditoriums to give opportunity to attendees. On 18th march 2019, 3 auditoriums were arranged with audio, video and internet facilities and all the students and faculty were informed about the program. On 19th March 2019 from 9AM trail running of some videos has been started to verify the accuracy of the system.
All the students and faculty arrived into the auditorium at 11-15 AM and briefed about the topic of live session by In-charge, Institution Innovation Council (IIC) for 15 minutes. At 11.55 AM the session is started by opening the given live links, slide is appeared with title of the topic, Shri Ajit Kumar Doval Ji time with changing mode. The live session started at 11-30 AM in interview manner by Dr. Abhay Jere, Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), MHRD, Govt. of India as a questioner with Shri Ajit Kumar Doval Ji National security advisor,Govt of India. The CIO introduced about Shri Ajit Kumar Doval Ji. The CIO said tht there are 900 questions from all over India, the interaction continued with compiled questions.
Shri Ajit Kumar Doval Ji said that human brain is equal to all, the only difference is that how you respond it. The vital decisions are relied on contingency planning. Tough decisions are where consequences are going to affect large number of people and long period of time. The decision on POK is a long period of affecting.
The decisions should be taken in neutralized state of mind. Never make decisions when you are angry /worry state of mind which will affect decision, postpone the decision making until mind set neutralizes. Your experience and expertisation will also affect the decision making.
He said that while taking decision on mode of transport to move from one place to another place we have to work out and take right decision. When two fingers are not equal how the decision made by persons will be same. While doing solo operations the person should be strong belief and should not have any doubt on the process. He explained golden temple and other operations how he handled. He said never repeat the same thing.
The psyche development is important in decision making .The things that you plan will not effect. Family background is also important in decision making. The school days playing games will lead to learn the decision making process. In game we have to stay for long duration of time that make us learn something may be to win also.
Everybody will take right decision ,it will be known as bad decision after the result only. The circumstances are the settings for the decision making which also effect. For coming 4th generation decision making relied on intelligence first and second on technology and communication. The youth are highly motivated ,no need to give much suggestions. But he suggested to have an attitude to for the identity. Further he also suggested that Indentify your identity with your nation; every Indian should inculcate this attitude.
Idea Competition on 28th March 2019
The event was Idea Competition workshop planned to conduct auditorium to give opportunity to attendees to share their ideas. The promote the event to all the students circular ,guidelines ,proforma for registration and the poster is prepared and displayed in all the notice boards including hostels. On 27th march 2019, the auditorium was arranged and tested with audio, PPT presentation and internet facilities and all the students and faculty were informed once again about the program. On 28th March 2019 from 2-00 PM trail running of some videos has been made to verify the accuracy of the system.
The students are invited to present their original and creative ideas that can solve any daily life problem in any of the following fields:
The students are assembled well in advance before commencing and given brief introduction about IIC and importance of the event and then presentation is continued. The Sri M. Muni surendra delivered as key note speaker. The students presented their ideas, after each presentation the query is posed student audience and evaluation team reviewed the ideasfor further acceleration. The typical attractive innovative ideas presented by students are Solar water purifier, Hydraulic pipe bending, Real time vehicle accident detection and emergency alert system ,waste management ,soil stabilization by utilization of waste plastics, Development of LED light fixtures for hot and dusty climates, ,Medi seva app, Helping and saving the life of the farmers, Generation Of Methane Gas through fast decomposition of food ,Real time crop health monitoring system, smart transportation at hilly station, advanced security system converting waste into urea,CO2Eradication etc.
Each idea will be evaluated on the criteria of it’s novelty, complexity, clarity and details, feasibility, practicability, sustainability, scale of impact, cost effectiveness and future prospects, etc. The Evaluation team compromised by M.Muni Surendra plant Head, Karthi convertors Pvt.Ltd,President,Convenor,Faculty member and two senior student members of IIC are monitored the program.

Report on INDIA FIRST LEADERSHIP TALK SERIES ByShri Anand Mahindra on 8th January 2019 The three auditoriums are arranged with audio, video and internet facilities with 50 MBPS band width for the live session of the above mentioned program on 7th January 2019 and informed to all the students and faculty about this program. Trail running of live videos has been conducted from various links on 8th January from 10 AM to verify accuracy of entire system. All the students and faculty arrived into the auditorium at 1.45 PM and briefed about the topic of live session by In-charge, Institution Innovation Council(IIC) for 15 minutes. At 1.45 PM the session is started by opening the given live links, slide is appeared with title of the topic, Anand Mahindra and time with changing mode. The live session started at 2.00 PM in interview manner by Dr.AbhayJere, Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), MHRD, Govt. of India with Shri Anand Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra group. This interview was in the form of question and answer manner and are related to student’sprosperity, innovations, entrepreneurship by building confidence and creative thinking. But live video disturbances occurred due to live streaming problems and posted same as a comment. The live telecast problem continued till 2.15 PM. Later the live program is continued in youtube link upto 2.46 PM. Shri Anand Mahindra started the program with explanation about happenings of failures, emotional balance during failure, doing interesting activity during that period to get away from failure. Finally taking that as experience and bouncing back to normal to move forward is the most important. He explained about mosaic type of role model by taking characteristics of number of great people instead of having one person as role model. Great leaders will transfer ownership of their ideas to their followers like Mahatma Gandhi, who inculcated right of freedom toevery Indian. He also expressed his views on Innovative ideas and analysing the failed innovative idea/project, suggested to give prize for failed innovation in addition to good innovative ideas. Also told about Start-ups, new ideas and developing clear vision for that start-up idea otherwise start-up may not sustain for long period. Finally, one should know the benefits behind every innovative idea before implementation. He expressed that everyone should do his work with passion so that stress will not take place during course of work and in life. He suggested to choose work in their interesting field and giving best is the main point behind success. He invitedinto Mahindra garage at any time for those having innovative idea to experiment and develop that into reality.Finally, he explained about collaborative business model to compete with each other. In the collaborative eco system ideas are exchanged and made into reality to have better competition. In this program, he answered various questions on importance of acquiring knowledge, giving best in work, innovations and start-ups, developing confidence and creative thinking. This talk is much helpful to our students and faculty and gives direction towards betterment of present work and also to think in other direction for innovations.

Offline Workshop on IPR for Students and Faculty Members By Dr.P.Nanda Kumar
STARTUP INDIA ANDHRA PRADESH YATRA BOOT CAMP 1."Startup India Yatra" is an initiative which aims to scout grass root level entrepreneurs in Tier II/III towns of India. The Yatra provides a platform for budding entrepreneurs to realize their Startup dream by getting incubated at excellent facilities and taking their idea to the next level. Startup India Yatra has two objectives: Awareness about State and Startup India Policies Providing incubation offers and other incentives to selected Startups.
This boot camp program to be held on 27-08-2018 in NBKRIST campus. In this boot camp Sing Ex execution partner in assosociation with invest india Ministry of commerce and industry will conduct the following schedule.
Total 187 students participated from various colleges and selected 17 students for the finals after idea pitching .
2.The above list of students have attended the Grand finale for AP state at Gitam University campus conducted by Startup india Andhra Pradesh yatra with execution of SingEX held on 9-11-2018. The following student had some opportunities .
Andhra Pradesh innovation society - XLr8 Technology Business accelerator _ Tirupati, AP.
1. Government of Andhra Pradesh created XLr8 Andhra Pradesh Technology Business Accelerator (XLr8AP), with the vision to establish a world-class technology innovation ecosystem. The primary goal is to increase knowledge, wealth and employment in the State and beyond, as well as to establish collaboration with universities and their respective student populations to achieve the goal of the innovation policy of the Sunshine State of creating “one entrepreneur per family.” In this regard, we are organizing workshops, boot camps and other events to increase the consciousness level about entrepreneurship and innovation.
2. As per the scheduled events, APIS- XLr8AP has planned a 3 day start up boot camp for the innovators at the ideation stage from Andhra Pradesh. To start with, APIS has identified one mentor each from all the 13 districts. These mentors in turn identified around 114 students from their districts and helped them enroll in the self-paced training online training programme “Innovation Readiness Series®” by IC2 Institute, University of Texas, Austin. Three students were selected from each district who had successfully completed the course on time and scored well above the rest.
