Regular Admission Process
AP EAPCET counselling-based route
Appear for AP EAPCET Exam
Students appear for the AP EAPCET entrance examination after completing Intermediate (MPC). This is the primary route for admission into regular seats.
Based on the exam performance, students receive their rank and results, which determine eligibility for the counselling process.
Online Counselling Registration
Students register online for counselling, pay the required counselling fee, and upload the necessary academic and identity documents.
Certificates are verified as per the counselling schedule. This step confirms eligibility and category details for seat allocation.
Students enter preferred colleges and branches online, such as CSE, AI, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering.
Seats are allotted based on rank, reservation category, college preference, and availability of seats in the chosen branch.
After seat allotment, the student reports to the college, pays the tuition fee, and completes the joining formalities.

Management Quota / Direct Admission
Alternative route for eligible applicants
How it works
Private colleges may fill some seats through Management Quota or Category-B seats.
In this route, students typically contact the admissions office directly and may be considered based on Intermediate marks,
JEE performance, or AP EAPCET score depending on the admission policy.
Key points
This route usually does not require a high AP EAPCET rank. The fee structure is generally higher than regular counselling seats,
and admissions are handled directly through the college admissions office.
Management Quota Summary
Direct admission information
- Usually no high AP EAPCET rank is required
- Admission may be based on Intermediate marks, JEE, or EAPCET score
- Students directly contact the college admissions office
- Fees are generally higher than regular counselling seats
Important Note:
Applicants are advised to verify official counselling schedules, eligibility rules, and admission requirements from the appropriate state admission authority and from the NBKRIST admissions office before finalizing admission.
